Glibt nodded, an affectionate smile on her face. "I know, it's ridiculous. I mean, I'm all for taking the time necessary to make sure our wedding is exactly what we want, but a year?" She shook her head. "Having it in January would give us just the right amount of time." Glibt smirked lightly up at him. "Are we actually close to finalizing a date?" It was a bit surreal, surreal that it was happening in the first place and surreal that they would soon have a precise date to look forward to; the thought made Glibt blush lightly.
Mark's fingers moving over her stomach didn't help the tone of Glibt's flushed skin, but she wasn't going to complain, and a hand fell to Mark's knee, idly tracing out circular patterns through the fabric. "Do you have a preference? Since we've settled on January, you're right, DC would be better and I'm all for it. Maybe when you get some more vacation time, we can go tour some venues. Once we have the date and the venue firmed up, I'm hoping everything else will just fall into place."
Laughing, Glibt raised an eyebrow up at Mark. "So me in a bikini didn't work? No matter, there's always midnight skinny dipping."
