What: Eros is playing match-making again, only this time not in front of the camera
Where: Local Cafe
When: Thursday afternoon.

While the show had gone down rather eventfully last week (in which it had been his plan), Eros had decided to make it up to little Echo. Narcissus would never give her the kind of attention she wanted, nor would he give her the time of day, hence the Love God's profound dislike for the other. Even if he threw an arrow at Narcissus, the curse would prevent him from ever seeing any love but to that face of his.

With a grin, Eros had plotted on this happening so that he could introduce the two people he had favored in the first place. He wanted Anteros happy, and Echo deserved happiness, and things could unfold rather beautifully if the two cooperated. So, without either knowing, Eros had set up a lunch 'date' as if he were merely taking the other out to eat. Neither were aware of the others presence or that they had been invited, and it put a giggly smile on his face.

When she received the invitation to go out to lunch Echo was both confused and intrigued. Eros had said he felt badly about her experience and wanted to make it up to her, but she honestly just wanted to put everything behind her. It was bad enough that she had been humiliated in front of both a live studio audience and all the show's viewers, but to possibly have to discuss that hurt with the perpetrator was just not something she felt comfortable with just yet.

Still, she had agreed to come and Echo would keep the 'date' since she really didn't have any issues with Eros. Besides, he seemed so sincere, and she felt she was good at detecting sincerity in text. So dressed in a simple yellow dress with brown leggings, boots, and a jacket, Echo made her way into the cafe and looked around for Eros.

Eros tilted his head upward with a gleaming smile as he caught sight of the brunette. He waved his hand frantically for her to join him at the little table set in the corner of the shop. He'd already ordered a cup of chai tea for himself and some cheesecake. He gave the mortals credit, sometimes they could make some amazing food.

Eyes glancing at the clock he realized his other guest had not shown up yet, which was okay, it gave him a chance to dig in before and act completely casual when he did leave.

That smile broke out on his face again as if somewhere in that tricky mind the wheels were constantly turning. When Echo finally took a seat he gave her a sad pouty face, arms crossed against the table and his chin resting on them. "I'm sorry about the other night," he said rather sweetly with the most adorable face he could muster.
