Feeling spent, but still with some sense of peace that she hadn't realized she'd been missing, Lust laid there with her brother. Anyone who might have happened upon them might not have recognized the scene from the two in question. From Lust it might not have been so questionable, but it was her one small consolation, that only she might ever have Greed in such a manner.
And no matter what, it wasn't something she was willing to share.
"There's nothing to thank," she murmured softly, trying to burrow just a little closer if it were in the least bit possible. "But you might want to change your mind about not forgetting before all is said and done. There is one more thing you need to know, brother. No more secrets, no more half-truths. I don't want anything hidden for others to twist and warp to their liking." It had seemed as though she might have gotten away scott-free, but Lust was tired of hiding. No one else's reaction scared her as much as Greed's did, wondering if that might be the final straw that made him wash her hands of her entirely. He might have taken vows and laughed about them, she'd done everything but, and meant everything she'd done and said. There was no regret, only a secret guilt that would only ever be hers.
