Despite the various new developments; Mark had a son with Marijuana, Mark had been married, Glibt was in a good mood. He had been working hard in conjunction with his activists in California but at the moment, he was taking a break, sitting at the table with a tub of Ben and Jerry's Hubby Hubby; Chubby Hubby renamed in support of gay marriage.
There were about ten tubs of the ice cream in the fridge too, but Glibt hadn't been able to help himself.
The ice cream added to the newspaper in front of him, open to an article about the new hope for an AIDS vaccine, and when the two developments were put together, Glibt couldn't help but be in a better mood than he had over the past few weeks.
When Mark called out and Malcolm disappeared past the kitchen into his room, Glibt stood, taking the ice cream and the spoon with him, and headed out into the hallway. "Right here, Mark." He wasn't able to keep the slight concern out of his eyes when he looked at his boyfriend. "How was the Hamptons?"
