Glancing down at her shirt, Emma smiled, "Hmm... so it is." Tugging on the collar of the shirt, she shrugged. "I needed something to wear and yours was the first thing I found." Fingers danced up from the arc reactor to trace over his collar bone, and across his neck to drag along his jaw line. "Armani always suits me." Pressing her lips against his, she smirked once more as he praised her new moves in bed last night.
"Haven't you learned by now, my dear? I never disappoint. I'm Emma bloody Frost, you should never expect anything less." Allowing herself to be guided to the lounge chair on the patio, she sat down on his lap - facing him, legs straddling his lap and resting on either side of him. Hands instinctively moving to drape over his shoulders.
As he began to talk about merging Frost International and Stark Industries, Emma shook her head and pressed a finger to his lips to silence him. "If there is one thing I have learned from anything in my life, it's to never merge two powerhouse companies." It was one thing to date Tony Stark, it was a completely other thing to merge companies. Emma built that company from the ground up with her own bare hands. She invested time and hard work into taking the joke of a company her father developed and molded it into the highly successful company it was now. Emma wasn't about to risk all that on a relationship. Even if Tony Stark managed to melt her ice wall and enter her life, it would take a lot for her to allow a merging. Tony wasn't the most reliable when it came to being faithful in a relationship, and Emma wasn't the easiest woman to get along with in a relationship. This little slice of Heaven that the two of them molded together could turn sour in an instant, and Emma did not want to risk her company if she lost everything with Tony.
"Besides, I never mix business with pleasure." That was a lie, and Tony would know it, but hopefully he would understand that she didn't want to merge companies for a reason. "Additionally, if we merge, who will be my rival company? A White Queen must always have a Red King to fight against." Pressing a kiss to the corner of his lips, she trailed her lips against his cheek as she slid a little closer against his lap.
