hope this is okay with you
Sean wasn’t the sort of fellow that just went and followed people around. Well not unless he was playing Humphrey Boggart and fooling around, but he had got no hat today, nor the classical cigarette hanging from the corner of his mouth. Today he wasn’t pulling pranks of any kind, not even imitating anyone’s voice to play pretend with passerbys. No today he was on a mission, sorta.
He’d seen and greeted the girl when she came into the mansion. He was good at first impressions and had introduced himself in the goofy simple fashion. Though he hadn’t exchanged too many words with Elsa, he sort of liked her. She seemed a bit off place and somewhat she reminded him of a child who was just beginning to grasp at… well at ‘things’. He didn’t know how to describe it really, but to him she just seemed sort of lost but trying. Sean wasn’t too sure if this alone had been the reason why he had decided to follow her downtown, however he didn’t feel like analyzing it too much. So he wanted to go to the city? So what? He could keep an eye on her for whatever good that was. (He couldn’t convince himself that she was suspicious or dangerous as an excuse to keep close)
So he strolled down the city, hands in pockets, hat tip slightly to the left. He walked a few thirty feet away and never in a straight line, careful not to bump with anyone and occasionally switching to the other sidewalk.
Sean frowned upon seeing her entering the bank, and specially such a fancy one. If he went in she’d surely spot him, then again why follow her if he was just going to stand around on the pavement. Well he really did have a good explanation on tracking her; maybe he wanted to make sure that she was safe? It really wasn’t like him; no amount of curiosity had ever brought him up the street chasing a stranger like that. Hunch or no he wouldn’t risk been caught, he’d wait outside at close range but still at prudent distance.
