She kept up on the Quidditch gossip though she didn't believe even half of it, though it often amused her what people came up with and what they would believe. Sometimes the more absurd it was, the easier people swallowed it.
"I did. I was Beater for Slytherin for a couple of years, before they pretty much decided that bigger was better and you had to be a boy to be a good player," she said frankly. She'd been a wicked Beater and good despite her smaller size, but a lot of people seemed to go with the brawny made better beaters.
