What sort of misunderstanding? What happened?

What he really meant was: I'm happy we found a way to see each other more often so we can have sex more often.

What I understood: I enjoy spending time with you and I'll fight to keep it that way.

Basically, I thought it was a lot deeper than it was.

Just, I'm so sorry. How can he not feel that way? You're fucking brilliant. He's lucky to have a shot with you.

Are you okay with this? Do I have to hex him for you? I love the prat, but if he deserves a hexing, I'll do it.

I don't know, I haven't asked him. As far as I'm concerned, I haven't told him either and there is no point in telling him either.

No need to hex him for something like that. I'm fairly okay with it. I mean, he's still my friend and the sex is amazing this is it, it's ok. Maybe I was projecting a little because of that conversation about boyfriends the other day. I want this

You know you need to scratch that out harder if you don't want me to read it. You really want this the way it is? If you do, then that's all right, but... if you want more, then bloody hell, ask for more. You deserve it, Just. You deserve to be happy. Does this make you happy, really?

Well, what if I ask for more and he'd rather not complicate it? I already know what he's in for, so asking for more is kind of not in the stars?

I know I deserve to be happy, but being single and well fucked is still better than single with no sex partner.

All right, you have me there. I promise, no hexing or anything else. Just... be careful, all right? And remember I love you no matter what.

How am I supposed to be careful? Seamus wouldn't hurt me, right?

And yes, I do know that you love me. I love you too.

Not on purpose he'd better not, or else I'm hexing him no matter what you say, but I don't want your heart broken, is all.

Ah well. We can't always stop train wrecks, you know.

Speak for yourself, it all depends on if we see the wreck for what it is and put on the brakes.
