Rolf glanced up at her. He was a bit surprised at her abrupt attitude. Most people weren't like that when bringing in an injured animal, though he supposed he'd had a few over the years. And some people just didn't want it to be there prolem anymore. This woman seemed like one of those.

"I can take it from here," he assured in a professional tone. "Thank you so much for taking the time to bring him in. I think we'll patch him up just fine."
