Dominic laughed openly. "Fair enough. I don't mind a bit of vertical horizontal dancing myself." That particular physical activity he could definitely get interested in. He hadn't come out tonight looking for anything of the kind, but that didn't mean he was going to turn it down. He wasn't stupid.
"The advantage of more or less being able to set my own working hours is that if I want to spend a night in a club chatting to handsome men and drinking fruity cocktails then I can." He gave Ernie a wink and held his glass up in a wordless toast. His expression grew a little more serious as Ernie explained what he was here for. He wanted to ask what had been so hard about this week - but if Ernie just wanted to forget about it then he wouldn't force him to talk. "Hmm. Someone who can turn your brain to mush... Well, what kind of man might that be and we can get looking?" And if Dominic happened to fit the description, well. He didn't mind making himself useful...
