Journal
While poking around at the dig in Malia, I had an idea, or rather, thought about an idea I've had for quite some time. I would like to update my grandfather's book, Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them, and maybe even compile another of a similar nature. I've been told it is a good idea by a dear friend, so I thought I'd venture forth.

While I have tons of datum, I want to bring in as much information as possible, so anyone with information to contribute on any species of magical creature, please feel free to contact me, and we can talk and compare notes and research.

Anyone interested? You will be credited, of course!

I have an assortment of knowledge about dragons, some species more than others. I could also point you at some of my published research. I'd be happy to talk to you at a time that works for us both.

I'd love to meet up and talk shop. When would be good for you? I should be back in the country sometime tomorrow, so any time after that afternoon of work would work, I think.

I keep weird hours because of the club, but I'm free Wednesday afternoon/evening, and then between about midday and 8pm Thursday-Sunday. Mondays and Tuesdays are my weekend-equivalent so any time after noon works. Any of that work for you?

Wednesday evening is good, or after about 5pm Thurs-Sat. I'm off Sundays and open late on Mondays, except by owl appointment, but I can also arrange coverage should none of that work out.

Wednesday evening works for me. Any preference on where to meet? I can bring my notes to wherever, or you're welcome at my flat, although I make no promises the kitten will behave himself or Romi or that my flatmate will be out.

No preference here, really, whatever works best for you. I'm willing to buy you a pint for your trouble if you want, or we can meet at your place if you don't want to run your notes about. Cats don't bother me -- if you ever met my monster cat, you'd see why.

Pint is a magical word. Wednesday is my usual day to do the books. Tends to make me want to head for the pub anyway. Does 7 work for you? Earlier or later is also fine.

Wonderful. 7 should be just fine. If something changes before then, I'll owl. I'll see you then!
