[Warded to Richard] -- Rich, I read about a small office in Diagon that your family is putting out to rent, and was curious if you'd be willing to see Charming Parties in there? We're looking to get out of my flat and I plan on bringing on at least two new assistants within the new year. Does this sound like something you'd be interested in?

It's not that fancy a place. Location is pretty good though. Walkup between two shops to a reception area and two small offices. Sort of behind the places that are actually on Diagon. Loft is pretty big, but unfinished, so I'll throw it in at no extra charge if you're interested.

I've sent you the keys via owl; you should have them any time. Let me know what you think. Rent or buy, up to you.

Had a chance to pop by and it's perfect. Really. The loft is even better because we can store our party supplies and linens up there. Thank you!

When would you say first rent is due? My intern Amanda has already claimed the reception area as her own - she's practicing her phone voice as I write this.

Please don't tell the others, yet, I'm going to spend the week packing up in my flat and move the office over officially next week, but I don't know that I want the added pressure of our friends, you know?

Here's the thing. Because it's just offices, the rent is low for Diagon Alley, but still, it's Diagon Alley. New business, I know cash is always tight. Interested in a silent partner? Say, 10%?

I can buy out Father's half of the place and let you have it rent free in my name. To make it fair to you in the long run, I'll kick in G25 thousand for startup costs. Interested?
