Honestly? Yes. It gets easier with each passing year but it never seems to stop.

And it doesn't help when something sets things off like a chain reaction.

For the good days.

The good days make it worth it. I have to believe that.

Sometimes they get a bit spread out, but I believe they're still out there.

Yeah. It really is. It might not always feel like it, but it is.

There are times when I take steps or even massive tumbles backwards, but I am stubborn enough to keep pushing forward. Someone told me that was how I show my bravery, I'm not so sure.

I still have nightmares too, for what it's worth. They've got fewer unless I'm having a bad time. Pretty sure I'll be taking a sleeping potion for a little while after this week's clusterfuck.

Just; what if they don't get fewer. What if they were supposed to but they never have? And it feels like it's just getting worse?

Please don't take me as an inspiration. I'm not. I have no idea what I'm not right now. My world turned upside fucking down.

I don't know what to tell you. I have a therapist. And I have potions I take. Both have helped. As have my friends

I'm not a professional. I just try to do what they tell me.

Sorry. I have to. I can't talk any more right now.
Don't expect more replies. I have to sleep.
