Woke up this morning screaming and then threw up and that was the start of my birthday.

I haven't kept anything down, I've had a splitting headache, panic attacks because I'm stupid and all I can feel everytime something brushes against me, or my hair flicks or a thread comes loose on my tshirt are fingers-

It's supposed to be over but it's never going to be over.

But I deserve it. This is what I deserve.
