I went to see Helen today. Her brother and her niece are out of hospital now, and should make a full recovery. Helen admitted she hasn't been sleeping well. I've owled her some Dreamless Sleep (on us) and told her to take at least next week off too.

I think she might need more than that. She didn't say so, but what she's describing sound like panic attacks. I know muggle doctors have medicine that helps with those, but I don't know if the wizarding world has anything similar. I wish I could recommend a therapist, but it would have to be one that knows about our war and understands the impact of the London bombings on the muggle side.

How would an adult long out of Hogwarts go about studying for and obtaining an apparition license? And, while I'm asking questions anyway, how easy is it to get a house in a muggle neighbourhood added to the floo network? Would that interfere with having electricity?

Go to the Department of Magical Transportation for both.

For the Floo Network, go to the Floo Network Authority. A connection can be made to a Muggle household without any issue, provided you fill out any necessary paperwork in order to obtain the connection. The connection itself doesn't interfere with electricity and vice versa. Of course, you'll also have to put up appropriate wards in case a Muggle sees someone pop into or out of your fireplace, but that's covered in the process of obtaining a connection to the Floo Network.

For Apparition, speak to someone at the Apparition Test Centre in the Department of Magical Transportation. They should have more information on classes and are able to schedule your test for your license when you're ready.

If you need help, I can try to help you on my lunch one day. How much help I'll be, I'm not sure, but I'll be in the building regardless, and I don't mind. ~~Beats eating alone~~

	You're amazing, Zacharias! I'd love that - even if all you do is show me how to get to the Department of Magical Transportation. Last time I tried to navigate the Ministry, I ended up in the cafeteria when I was trying to get to the exit. Turns out they do quite nice food, though, so it wasn't a total waste. 	I don't know about that, but thank you.? It can be a bit of a amaze until you get used to it. And the food is better than you'd think it would be for a government building. I suppose keeping the employees well fed is a higher priority than one might imagine. From what I can tell, next week should be relatively free for me, so it should work just fine. 	I don't know, but if you want, you could just come have lunch with me and schedule any appointments around that time. I do think it'd be better to make appointments so that it won't take too long, though it shouldn't take my whole lunch break if you're just getting information and pertinent forms to fill out. 	My parents have their muggle home connected to the network so does one of my brothers on his muggle flat. Never had any problems with the electricity. There's definitely some wards you'll want to include like Smith said. (Reply to this) (Thread)

Next time you see Helen ask her if she'd rather talk to me. Never got much out of seeing a therapist myself, and didn't do panic, but I've been in a similar state of mind. Remember I lost a younger brother early in the war.

You forget who you work for? I have people who can handle all the details of a Floo hookup for you.

I'll owl Mother and see if she knows and good private Apparation tutors.

I said I'd visit again next week, so I'll bring it up with her. I owled Seamus, who runs that post-war group to see if he had any recommendations too. If she has all the information about all the options, she can make her own choice.

Well, I don't actually have a place to hookup to the Floo yet - but I'm thinking about getting one, so I just wanted to know what was and wasn't possible.

A good Apparition tutor is definitely something I'd appreciate, though.

	When you decide to start looking, let me know. Father and I own properties all over London. Just need a list of wants and don't wants to see if I can match you to a place.
