Re: Dean, Seamus, Susan and probably some NPCs
"I should have figured it all out so much sooner," he said, laying sarcasm on with a trowel. At least Susan wasn't giving him away, even if he knew how deceptive her sweet smiles could be. He nodded in agreement to Susan's assessment though. Trust Seamus to think of Justin when they were out trying to have fun. "No being gloomy," he said.
Giving Susan a mock unimpressed look for a second he just rolled his eyes. "Yeah, it'd be nice to see her when I'm not wearing only trunks, and, you know, she doesn't think I'm drowning because I accidentally toppled in the pool when she surprised me," he said. At least in this section there was no need to yell to hear each other. Slight voice raising was sometimes necessary, sort of like in the pub at times.
He pulled Seamus up easily and as Susan joined them he reached for her hand too, dragging them a little further in. He dropped both of their hands and began to sway slightly to the music, trying to relax into it. His eyes followed as an attractive man crossed the edge of the dance floor in his eye line, drink in hand.
