Re: Pandora and Dominic (and OPEN)
Her eyebrows raised a bit as she regarded him. "Some things are more acceptable than others. I have an aunt whose wife has always been part of my family, though." She shrugged. She wouldn't get into the more scandalous nature of her mother's family, though everyone knew the Black family tree was more of a messy bush than anything else. Granted, it was less acceptable usually to have someone of less than pure blood, though her father's family was more known for not caring as much. "That's too bad. Parents should just love you no matter what." She took a long drink, using it to cover the pang to her heart that her mother didn't really care for her anymore, even though for vastly different reasons. "Ahh. That explains that in part. Though i always thought it preached love and love alike or whatever." She shrugged, too drunk to remember most of what she'd read over the years. "Too bad, though."
She smiled a bit. "I think you'd be surprised, if you looked a bit more at the wizarding world." She shrugged again. "I mean, Dumbledore preferred men, it wasn't a huge deal. My aunts have been bonded since their twenties and have several kids. As long as you can provide an heir somehow..." She gestured vaguely with her drink. "Sure, that'd be great," she said, and she drained the rest of her drink in one go, grinning at him when she finished. "I'm not as good at this dancing as other sorts, but I'll manage." She figured she'd warn him though.
