To say that Susan had had an interesting day was perhaps one of the greatest understatements since 'Hey, if we point sticks at one another our magic is scarier!' Her day had been equal parts annoying, awesome, and confusing, and the prospect of having her friends around for dinner had been one of the things that had kept her powering through her sleep deprived state. The brandy and wine at Rose's had helped too. Still, she had just enough time after seeing Rose to rush to the supermarket and buy panic buy enough products to feed a Quidditch match.

Two hours later: her kitchen smelled amazing, and she'd managed enough just enough downtime to slip into a cute little dress. She was just vaguely wondering where all the people were when the doorbell rang, and the first of her guests arrived.

Hannah raised an eyebrow at Justin's large smile, but put that on the table to discuss at a later time, possibly once they had some relative privacy. "Well a fantastic night is indeed fantastic and wonderful," she summed up as she went around to greet everyone, making sure to kiss her former housemates on the cheek and to make sure they were eating enough.

Settling down on the couch, Hannah patted the spot next to her. "I missed you too. Now tell me why you're are smiling so widely it looks like it might break your face."

Justin padded towards the couch and wrapped his arm around her shoulder. It wasn't a romantic gesture in any way, but Justin was affectionate that way with his friends. "I just had a really great night last night and I have three days off in a row. Then I'll be spending a week of evenings in the Janus Thickey Ward and see Ernie every day." He gave Hannah an other smile. "And tonight I get to see all my close friends."

Hannah curled into Justin's body. "Are you going to tell me what that great night was....?" She trailed off with a wiggle of her eyebrows. She hadn't gone on a date in a very long time. Plans had a habit of changing quite suddenly whenever she planned anything definite. So she lived vicariously through her friends.

"Though I must say, three whole days off in a row. That is something to be proud of." When was the last time she had something like that? Again, Hannah couldn't quite remember, but the hours at the health Center were more more regular than what she had experienced at St. Mungo's. So perhaps that was more of her own doing than some external force. "We we get to see everyone, of course."

Justin looked at Hannah and smiled. "I spent time with someone I hadn't seen in ages." He simply replied. He wasn't going to strut around the party announcing he had been shagged like crazy the night before.

"People owed me favours. I ended up working 2 weeks straight, so I cashed them in to be able to relax and recuperated." He kissed Hannah's temple and rested his cheek on her head, hugging her closer. "How's work for you though?"
