Rose’s eyes went wide when Susan cut right to the chase. “Dammit,” she cursed under her breath, before she returned the kiss and disappeared into Susan’s hug. “I tried sobering up, even took a cold shower!” she murmured against the older witch’s shoulder. “And you look so hot tonight. You’re really not making it easy, you know?”
Keeping a tight hold on Susan’s hand, Rose followed her into the living room, where she was about to greet each of them with a kiss to the cheek before she realised that that was definitely too familiar, and instead send them a smile. “Not all the time,” she tried defending herself, “but I do remember Seamus.”
Looking to Susan, she shook her head vigorously, almost instantly regretting that and found her calm again by focusing on Susan’s eyes. “Noooo hair,” she said, once again swallowing down a giggle. “Some water would be lovely, thank you, love.”
