Forgive me for not owling like a proper gentleman, but the owl is currently out running errands.

I was hoping I might ask for the pleasure of your company for dinner sometime in the near future? It would please me greatly to get to know you better. If you have a preference for where you might like to go, do let me know.

Tsveta sends her thanks for those cupcakes you sent the other day. Misha would, but he's covered in dirt and that's where I'm headed next...

Since you don't have anything to apologise for, I don't think I have anything to forgive. As it is, Dauphine is rather snippy with other Owls and more often than not I have the journal with me in the shop, so it is usually easier to get a hold of me here, than via Owl.

I would love to go out to dinner with you, though if we're talking 'near future' I'll have to suggest tonight, Wednesday, as I have a birthday to attend Thursday and then Victis Honor Day to prepare for after that... and I don't fancy having to wait until next week. I know this is rather last minute, but maybe a late'ish dinner tonight? I'm not picky when it comes to food, so pretty much anywhere goes.

Tell Tsveta she's welcome and have fun getting Misha cleaned up.

That is good to know for when I want to get in touch with you.

Tonight is perfectly wonderful, so long as you do not mind a smaller place out rather than something large. I definitely would not wish to interfere with any of your plans. Victis Honor Day is going to be busy for everyone, I think.

When would be a good time to pick you up?
