Owl to Pandora
Along with her invitation Pandora receives the following note.

Dear Miss Montgomery,

As you can see, I'm arranging a birthday party for Gregory. I know he prefers a quieter atmosphere - but what's a party without a little music and dancing? I was wondering if it would be possible to commission some kind of wearable piece for him. Something that would dim the sound of the music without making it impossible for him to hear conversation. Do let me know if that sounds like something you can do - I'm perfectly willing to pay a little extra if it will mean it's ready for his birthday.

I do hope you can attend!

Yours sincerely,
Ms C. Goyle

Dear Ms. C Goyle,

Ah yes, his birthday! I am happy to attend, so please add me as having RSVPed.

I would be happy to come up with something. It should not be terribly hard. I do not know if you are aware -- most people aren't, and I generally don't let people know -- but I've suffered from severe hearing loss most of my life, and I wear aids I have fashioned myself. So it should be relatively easy to reverse engineer it and create a subtle appearing device to keep him from any discomfort.

I'll put it at the top of my priority list. Thank you for thinking of me with this, I do love a good challenge.

Hope to see you there.

Regards,

Pandora Montgomery
