Popular Opinion
I know this isn't really what the journals are for, but I noted down a few book titles and I was wondering if someone could tell me which sound the most interesting. I can only judge for myself, and it's a present so my opinion isn't really useful.

Fifty Robes That Changed the World
Witches of Paris
Most Magical Monuments: How They Were Made and Why They're Amazing
Mary Ollerton: The Untold Story of a Giant Killer’s Wife
Weekly Wizard: A Biography of Tobias Misselthorpe

I would go with the Magical Monuments book.

That was the one that interested me most, too, but I'm not sure whether Shauna would prefer one of the others. I suppose I could buy two.

Well, you could always go with the Giant Killer's wife. The title promises to be full of nonsense that makes someone not of note seem as if they are actually important.

It would honestly depend on the recipient, but anyway, I would go with Most Magic Monuments, unless you were shopping for someone who lived for fashion (and then I'd go for Fifty Robes).

It's for Shauna, my sister. She does like fashion, and the Fifty Robes books has lots of amazing illustrations and photographs, but I'm not sure whether she's really interested in reading about clothes. The Magical Monuments book looked fascinating from what I read of it in Flourish and Blotts.
