Dean Thomas ([info]artistdean) wrote in [info]finnigans_rpg,
"I'm with Seamus, someone to take away the boring work is brilliant. You totally deserve it, just to get a bit of extra free time," he kissed the top of Susan's head. All of them worked hard of course, but her work was usually far more fraught with danger than his or Seamus'.

Dean sighed, not that he hadn't thought of offering to help out with food given how terrible the chef was, but he didn't want to get caught there. Not that he thought Seamus would make him, but it wasn't his passion. "I think we both love our jobs too much, I mean if you get rid of him and can't find anyone I might be able to do you some soup you can stick on and serve up yourself, but only until you find someone." He really didn't want Seamus to be left in the lurch, but he needed to do his own job really.

"Don't be daft, Susie, she's not mine," he protested, his skin feeling warm, eternally thankful he didn't blush. "The jewellery really is pretty though. It's mostly matt porcelain, decorated in tiny flowers. it comes in all sorts of colours and there's a bit of everything. She makes vases and plates and things too, but mostly the jewellery. I've not seen much yet, but she brought some things with her, and she had a load for the kiln the other day. Getting it there is a as bad as moving a painting without stabilising it!"
