Dear Genie,

Thanks for getting everything back quickly. I'm really looking forward to working with you. I forgot to add a note for you that I'm happy to accommodate your family trips, and I haven't actually written up the rota yet so there's no problem with you not working Friday-Sunday that week. I'm glad you can work all of the holiday period, that's very helpful. Advance warning, I am planning to open on New Year's Eve which is a Wednesday, but we're definitely taking the 1st off!

Sincerely,

Charlie Weasley

Dear Charlie,

You're welcome. I'm excited about this. Thank you so much for being so accommodating. Feel free to tap me for any extra coverage you need, to make up for these times. The next one won't be until January sometime, but definitely not for New Year's Eve. So I'll be there!

Sincerely,

Genie
