Chris relaxed roughly a millimeter at Julian's response. Even if the Grandparents he mentioned were of the Fawleys, Julian didn't seem much to care for work ethic.
"Nice to meet you," Chris said, standing up now and reaching out to shake the other man's extended hand. "Wallace, eh?" Chris asked, crouching next to the dog to pet him in greeting. "He's beautiful, and certainly friendly," he praised the pup with a scratch behind the ears. Standing back up he shrugged, "Still figuring that out. The Fawley's wanted to expand their charity work, I've been doing charity work around North America for the last few years, and my parents both work in it here in the UK, so they gave me a year and a bunch of money." He rolled his eyes, "If only I could pick a cause."
