Journal - Ack
I've rediscovered that fireworks are not my favorite things anymore. It's been a couple of years since I've been close enough to hear them going off. Watching is one thing, but I've decided to avoid future repetitions of being that close to them going off.

Also too busy to sleep. I love coffee. So. Much.

Okay, I'm going to work Jan - December because it's easiest for me.

Jan 1st - leftovers from NYE
Late Jan/Early Feb - Chinese New Year (date shifts between about Jan 20th and Feb 20th, you're probably okay if you're not near China Town or somewhere with a high Chinese population)
September/October - Diwali (date shifts mid-Sept to late Oct, often mid-week)
November 5th - Bonfire Night (also the weekends either side)
December 31st - NYE, these are always loud and always bright and last for ages

Plus of course the random incidentals that happen for weddings, birthdays etc.
