What the Book? is holding a Halloween party for kids of all ages on October 31st, from 5pm to 8pm. Games, spooky stories and healthy but tasty treats! Costumes are encouraged!

Awhile back there was some interest in getting together a parent/child group of some sort. Is that something people would still be interested in?

Also, does anyone know of any decent martial arts studios around? I'm getting rusty.

Oh! That would be awesome. I'll drop in some time next week, and we can talk about it?

I'm happy to spar, in lieu of a proper studio. I'm strictly taekwando, but I'm not opposed to seeing how the two mix. The exercise might help with your limp?

That would be great. Come by anytime.

It should. Rose has been helping me with my balance, so I shouldn't completely humiliate myself. I find it challenging to mix things up a bit sometimes. I do have a good space to do it in, up in the flat and roof above the shop. It's bigger than it looks from outside.
