real life update
So, I have to have surgery again towards the end of August, I'd thought I would let you all know now (I'll post again later, as time gets closer).

Warning: Menfolk, this contains lots of female ickiness.

History: last year when I had my Pap done, it came back abnormal and I had to have a biopsy. The biopsy came back abnormal and I had cryotherapy done to remove the abnormalities.

Now: In June I had my Pap done and it came back abnormal again. Once more, I had a biopsy done, along with a sonogram because I have PCOS. On Friday, I went for the results of said biopsy (it's never a good thing when they request your presence). While it's not cancer, I had "significant precancer" and so he (my doctor) wants to go in and remove the questionable stuff and send it for further testing.

My ovaries did show many cysts once more (I knew I had some back in 2010 and I was put on Metformin and that helped get rid of them, but apparently they grew back in 5 years. Who knew.) but I think cysts are the least of my doctor's worries right now.
