St Patrick's Day Event!!
Inspired by Mercy (she’s my ideas girl, what would I do without her?!) Finnigan’s will be hosting a St Patrick’s day race / competition / hunt. It’s going to work a little differently IC / OOC so I’ve explained both below. Please let me know if anything is unclear, if you have any questions or concerns so that I can sort them out before I start putting everything together. Thanks!

IC
1. Characters who wish to be involved must pay one galleon at any time before Midnight on March 16th.
2. On the morning of March 17th (St Patrick’s Day) all characters will receive a leprechaun-gold-galleon inscribed with a clue to a location. Each clue will be different and (hopefully) no single clue will be enough to provide the exact location.
3. During St Patrick’s day characters can collaborate in teams of between 2 and 4 people – giving them access to 2, 3 or 4 clues. Each team must include representatives from at least two Hogwarts houses (or non-Hogwarts schools). *
4. The first team to find Seamus Finnigan hiding at the given location wins a prize! (TBD)
5. Losing teams do not win a prize, obviously, and do not get their galleons back – proceeds go to charity.

*If it happens that there are two same-house characters left over with no more interested characters, I’ll allow a different-house NPC, though in that case you will not get an additional clue.

OOC
1. I’ll put up a separate post later today for you to sign up any interested characters.
2. On Monday 9th March I will e-mail out a clue to each character who signed up.
3. During the week o Monday 9th – Monday 16th you can either a) form teams / discuss clues OOC b) pre-play the events of Tuesday 17th and form teams / discuss clues IC.
4. On Monday 16th I’ll put up a post for teams to guess the location. A winner will be chosen randomly from all correct answers and that team will come first!
5. On St Patrick’s day itself, teams who didn’t pre-play can begin threads and I’m also open to threads of people finding Seamus – whether they’re first or not.
