Hello all! I figured I should intro since I've been responding to everyone's intros, heh. I'm Sarah, and I'm a high school teacher (on my last day of summer :( though I'm excited for the new school year, so not toooo much :() from California (bay area), so I'm PST. I'm usually available in the evenings from M-F and depending on the weekend either all day or sporadically, since I'm the Speech & Debate director and have tournaments.

Okay, enough about me. This is Oliver Wood, former Gryffindor quidditch captain, current Keeper for Puddlemere United. Oliver is the middle child of a former Quidditch star (he was a Beater for the Pride of Portree during the same time as Catriona McCormack), and he's a little bit of an overgrown golden retriever. He's always excitable, full of energy, and yeah, he can knock things over if you're not careful. Oliver loves with his whole heart, so if he loves you, you'll know it. He's like a big kid, really. Of course that means it's hard to take him seriously, and he often keeps people a bit at arm's length. They see his silly side, and not much else.

He lives and breathes quidditch, and you'll know that from the moment you start speaking to him. He'll buy you a drink, win or loss, if you mention Puddlemere, and he's fiercely loyal to his team.

Um, there's a lot more in his bio, but I'd love friends, people that find him annoying, fans, former housemates, past flings, future potential love interests, anything! I also have his younger brother that hopefully will get picked up *cough*

Hi Sarah, I'm Caroline and this is Dean who is my only one so far.

Dean's an artist and part time barman. He's got PTSD, pretty much everyone thinks he and Seamus have/had/should have a thing.

He'd know him from school, admire his flying even if he's not a Puddlemere fan (Kenmare/Wimbourne split). He may well find the energy and the excitable nature a bit exhausting.

Umm, not a clue on plot. Just wanted to say hi.

Well Oliver is absolutely a man to 1)love former Gryffindors (and Dean played quidditch, however briefly, and is a fan, so he automatically will like him there) and 2)befriend bartenders. I imagine him coming it at odd slow moments and talking Dean's ear off or trying to get Dean to open up a bit. He's super friendly, so there's always that!

Hi, I'm Kaylie, de mod, and I have three already:

1. Seamus Finingan (openbottle). Obviously. He'd remember Oliver from school. Maybe when he first opened the bar he invited Oliver to come check it out in hopes that having a Big Famous Quidditch Star hang around the place would be good for business. I think they'd get on, though Oliver might not be close enough to get to the vulnerable side of Seamus, they could still hang out often.

2. Dominic Chambers (knowhow) would have been in the same house/year as Logan for the first five years at least so would have been aware of Oliver from that, and probably followed his career even though Dominic supports Kenmare/Ballycastle. He's also around the bar a lot so we can throw them together easily enough. Dominic thinks Oliver is hot, probably tried flirting/asking him out but would have taken it easily when Oliver said no.

3. Lucy Spinks - probably has absolutely no idea who Oliver is. She was too busy for Quidditch at school and has been out of the magical world since Dumbledore died. But I think once she's back a bit and now she's not so busy all the time she could get into watching Quidditch if someone were to explain it to her.

Oliver remembers Seamus fondly-blowing things up is Ollie's favorite (he'll tell anyone who'll listen that his favorite muggle films are 'blowy-uppy' ones. He LOVED Armageddon!) so they have that ;) I imagine he would RELISH the opportunity to come and drink and get people to come adore him, so yes, that could be the case! And they would have the 'not letting people close' thing in common, only a few people know Ollie's sensitive side too (yes he has one, it's just buried, really)

Dominic sounds fun! Oliver would be flattered though would have to sadly tell him that blokes aren't his thing. I think he'd have fun flirting and joking about anyway, and anyone who knows his little Logan is a pal to him too!

Aww Lucy! He'll happily and patiently explain every detail of quidditch if she lets him, so we can plan on that once she's back and about :D

This particular incarnation is more based on book canon so his pyrotechnics were more accidental than deliberate, and he got cursed running away from an explosion. Not that he has let this dampen his fondness for exploding playing cards. If Oliver's around in quiet moments he is getting talked into games of exploding snap/slam/any other card game Seamus can think of (as long as Dean isn't around to be triggered).

Excellent. If Dominic gets to flirt with a hot, famous Quidditch player he is totally going to, even if there's no chance of it going anywhere. He could also totally offer to wingman for Oliver.

	Intentional or not, he'll still remember fondly ;) And he loves him some exploding snap, so sounds like a plan :D haha works for Oliver. He likes a good ego stroke, to be honest. And he needs all the wingmen he can get, he's charming but he kind of goes through girls like tissues. yay perfect! (Reply to this) (Parent)

So, yeah, not sure what I really have to offer, other than a friend who finds him annoying AND will love him for just about forever, who puts up with his obsession (even if she works for an opposing team) and has probably cried on his shoulder a couple of times (though not lately). Oh, and just 'cause: Alicia's brother (who was in Oliver's year and Ravenclaw) was also a Beater for Pride of Portree.

As for plots, well, I'm sure something will pop up, especially since Alicia's now reached that point where friends and family are beginning to urge her to get back out and be social again.

Hey! THis is Jaime, Percy's mun, and we chatted Percy and Uncle Ollie, but here I'll post for my other baby, Ernie MacMillan. Ernie's a healer with the Janus Thickey ward, not the biggest quidditch fan but always around for a good time. Oliver would recognize him as the overzealous table-hopping Hufflpuff at the Battle of Hogwarts ;) Anyway, I don't think there's any big connections prior to the game (though if you have one, please say so!), but I'm sure they'll meet in interesting ways at Finnigan's :D
