Hi! I'm Natasha and I'm bringing Lavender Brown to the game. I think I've played with some of you before, so hello again if it's been a while!

Lavender is your friendly neighbourhood Hit Wizard and when she's off duty she like to get away from policing by, er, running the Finnigan's duelling club. So maybe she doesn't get away from work as much as she could or should. She throws herself into the things she's passionate about, always has. Perhaps that's why she's been single for so long.

Parvati is still her BFF, but Lavender's a social sort, so she's open to all sorts of friends. Perhaps she has a quiz team that she joins on occasion? People that she likes to flirt with or has had a tipsy snog or two with in the past? I'm open to just about any sort of plot!

Hiya! Welcome to the game, I'm Kaylie, I think we played together in the 8th floor (I played Kevin - with this journal, actually) and possibly elsewhere.

I've got three already. Seamus and Lavender will obviously know each other from school, and from spending much of seventh year together in the Room of Requirement. I think they're probably fairly close after that? They also both spent a month at St Mungo's immediately after the battle and both have the scars to show for it.

Dominic was a year younger than Lavender, Ravenclaw. Couldn't potentially be one of those drunken snogs. He doesn't do commitment, and he's open about that fact, but as long as his partner understands that fact then he's happy. He's in duelling club too.

Lucy would have been in Lavender's year too but wasn't very social at all and has been out of the wizarding world since the end of sixth year. She'll be coming back slowly, she's still hesitant about the whole thing.

	We did indeed play at 8th Floor. :) I think it would be hard for Seamus and Lavender not to be close after everything they've went through, so I'd agree that they're good friends now. Lavender hasn't done commitment of late, so getting off with Dominic isn't out of the question! She's been too busy with work to do relationships, but still loves a good snog. 	Awesome, yes. More close friends for Seamus. I should also mention that a lot of Seamus's (& Dean's) friends (and family...) assume he and Dean are together/have been together/should be together. Excellent. Flirting and snogging are fun. (Reply to this) (Parent)

	Woo hi, I'm Dylan! I have Susan, who you would have known from the DA, and from seventh year where there was a lot of bonding between the DA members? Also, Susan is an Auror so there'd be Department of Magical Law Enforcement interactions in adult life too? Basically I'm totally up for friendship and fun times! (Reply to this) (Thread)

	Hi! Lavender loves her fellow DA members, so I think there would have been plenty of bonding, especially when lots of them moved into the Room of Requirement. So I think she'd be friends with Susan, especially as she'll know what it's like to work in law enforcement. :) (Reply to this) (Parent) (Thread)

	XD yes good! Yeah I think being a Bones, Susan would have moved into the Room of Requirement quickly you know? So I envisage lots of friendship on that end. Also as for law enforcement, I can totally seeing them meeting up at Finnigan's after a long shift and bitching about their days, or gossiping about the Ministry, or discussing recent flings? Tina here :D I've got my Adrian & Cho here.

Adrian: Potionsmaster, two years older than her, always happy to talk quidditch or potions at the bar. Otherwise I don't know that they'd know each other.

Cho: Would know her from school, and would appreciate her work as a hit wizard, but I don't know how much they have in common. Of course, Cho is always up for a new girl friend and Cho & Melinda have a lovely rooftop garden they could chill out on :)

	TINA!!! If she runs into Adrian at the bar, I'm sure she can talk plants and maybe a bit of Quidditch (she's Prides fan). Other than that, I don't think they'd know each other, no. Me is Kat, and I've Alicia (as per usual) and Melinda Bobbin here.

Alicia is... Alicia. Personality-wise not so different from the Alicia in Tutis Tempus. Situation-wise, she's a widow, her husband was killed shortly before the war ended, she has 5 year old twins (who'll be 6 in December) Isla and Liam, works as a Healer (part-time) for Pride of Portree and is the co-founder of a foundation that helps families of children who lost either one or both parents during the war.

Melinda (

_melinda_) has a rooftop garden that she shares with Cho. She was a year ahead of Lavender in school, Ravenclaw, but though she's friends with Cho, she wasn't in DA, so I don't know if Lavender would know her. For the past two years, since the project in Monument Alley started, she's been running the pâtisserie Sweet Nothings with her mother.

And I'm thrilled that you joined up here :)

Hi Natasha! I'm Jess, and I'm pretty sure we've played somewhere before...

Anyway, I have Lisa Turpin, who has just come back to the Wizarding world after 6 years in California. She and Lavender might have been friends back at Hogwarts?

Nowadays she might know her through the dueling club...it's something she's thinking of joining because she misses her martial arts classes and it might be a good alternative.

Anyway, I just have Oliver here at the moment (though I have one pending), and he would remember Lavender from school! He didn't like, HANG OUT with her too much but he would vaguely remember her being in Harry's year, and he's friendly with everyone ever so yes! He's also very social, so they could be casual friends? Or they could flirt, or I'm open for them having dated briefly in the past, if you'd like?

	Hello there. I'm Christie with Blaise Zabini and I think we've played together before. Blaise also works at the Ministry with the Gobstones Department. Hey Natasha, this is Caroline recently of Tutis Tempus!

I just have Dean. He is an artist and works at the pub part time and he has PTSD. I see Kaylie explained the Dean/Seamus dynamic so that one's covered.
As for Dean and Lavender obviously they know each other pretty well from school, although they missed the extra bonding of seventh year close-living. I figure she's pretty friendly and Dean likes her even if they're not the closest.

	Depending on where exactly she was he might have seen her. He spent a lot of time hanging onto Seamus' hand, or generally at his bedside. I mean towards the end of the month he was holding himself together by force of will, but he was there. (Reply to this) (Parent) (Thread)

Oh, and given they were in hospital at the same time and hospital gowns being what they are, I think it's safe to say Lavender is aware of and has seen at least most of the full extent of Seamus's scar? Yeah, she's probably aware of it. Lavender hated being in hospital and was kind of angry at the world when she realised she was going to have horrible scars all over her throat for the rest of her life, so the Healers were probably secretly glad if she snuck off to go visiting when she was mobile again. I'm not sure about the skinny dipping, but she'll try anything once!

Hey! I'm Jaime with 2 babies in play.

Percy: Would have known Lavender as a Gryffindor of Ron's age - he was apart from the family during hte infamous Lav-Lav period, so I'm not sure what Ron would have told her but I doubt Percy had heard much of that, except in stories after the fact ;) Percy is definitely in the duelling club so they'll be facing each other there, and maybe in the pub quiz ;)

Ernie: Hufflepuff of Lavender's year, in the DA together, devastatingly handsome healer *snickers* but he wouldn't have been the subject of a tipsy snog as he prefers blokes. He's one of the healers working the duelling club and he worked a few wards at ST. Mungo's in training before settling on the Janus Thickey ward, so they may have met up then too.

In both cases, am up for all kinds of plottage!

Thankfully, Lavender is well over the Won-Won phase of her life. And she likes the Weasleys, even if she thinks Ron is a bit of a prat.

Oh, yes, devastatingly handsome in those lime green Healer robes. Sexy stuff, Ernie! Lavender may well have seen him at the hospital due to work - injuries are an occupational hazard, unfortunately. But she's glad to have a familiar face on hand at the duelling club!
