Believe the Hype
Hey guys! It's me, Dylan! Bringing in number four because who needs a life, am I right?

So this is my boy Hyperion Montgomery (aka Hype / Angus / Hamish (from this one girlfriend okay shhh) / Peri) brother of Pandora Montgomery and cousin of... Pretty much every pureblood in the game.

Some facts about the lad:

He was a Gryffindor.
He's 27.
He's an Auror.
He's demisexual (so ex or future boyfriends and girlfriends hola.)
He was in the Order of the Phoenix.
He has an utterly ridiculous house.
He has a very black and white view of the world (so you know, I'd love some people to help challenge that.)
His baby brother was killed by Death Eaters and his sister basically joined them to stop them killing the rest of their family. He wasn't there at the time so doesn't know any of this.
His mother is the Head of the Department of Magical Law Enforcement, but surprisingly isn't nepotistic.
Idk he's pretty hot.
Seriously look at that.
Hot damn.
He's Scottish, so that's a thing.
He's allergic to bees and has a phobia of frogs - so frog bees would just terrify him.
He's tall - 6'2" and slim.
He loves reading.
He's a bit of an adrenaline junkie.
He dated a Durmstrang guy during the Triwizard Tournament.

But yes, I am open to any and all plots! Worst friends and dear enemies, fellow Aurors, MoM peeps, Durmstrang connections, relatives, romance, past relationships, friendship, romance, anything!

Neville: I think definitely working with him! Hype's one of the senior(ish) Aurors so I can see lots of room for them to interact? Particularly like if Nev has to submit paperwork and Hype's like "Bro this is in triplicate yet none of them match. How? You didn't use one of those quills again did you, they appear to be Weasley products."

Justin: Idk he's an Auror so I guess he'd have been injured before? Plus if Justin found him hot it would be fun to play on that.

Michael: Well Aurors need potions sometimes.

#1 Harry: They are friends and colleagues? And Harry had his first mancrush on him, but he's mostlty over that now because PROFESSIONALISM okay? Auror shenanigans and maybe more??

#2 Pansy: Sorry Hyperion, you're a loser Auror and can't sit at the cool kids table.

#3 Ben: Previous relationship that ended on good terms? Benjy needs a few of those, and they're about the same age.

#4 Lisa: Can't think of anything off the top of my head, but there should be something.

#5 Terry: Friends? Somehow? idk how they'd have met, but I vote friends anyway.

#1: I definitely want to play up the Harry angle. ALL OF THE HOT ATTRACTIVE MEN MAKING HARRY HAVE TO GO AND HAVE SOME BUNK TIME. But yes friends and colleagues for defs.

#2: Pfft whatever cousin your father was a Death Eater *thumbs nose at her* :P

#3: Ooooh that would be really cool actually. He could go for hours and hours I reckon.

#4: Well Hype likes reading...

So, obviously, with him being a year older than Ali and in the same year and him being him and her being her there's bound to have been something, like we talked about. She's blushing at the thought, so I'm thinking he might have been her first. Now they're just a hop, skip and a beat from each other, so friends?

Melinda, wouldn't know him, but probably knows his usual orders at Sweet Nothings, if he has one (or two or three).

Rose, thinks he's hot, but not as hot as Rolf (but in her world, who is?). She'd love to draw him.

Finbar... they're probably related, somehow. I know Alicia's related to him, by marriage, so, why not?

Omg yes first girlfriend is something I'm totally on board with! Plus yeah breaking up over the summer between sixth and seventh year because you know, reasons. But definitely up for them being really good friends.

Hmmm I think Hype would be a sweet tooth so that works?

Hype would be interested in Rose in a friendly way? Like, he's friends with Susan so they could know one another through that?

Hmm. OK.

Ron - colleague, fellow Gryffindor, drinking buddy, etc., etc. For some reason, I feel like Hyperion kind of reminds him of Hermione, though I'm not entirely sure why.

Lavender - sort-of-colleague, has probably admired his hotness in the past (she likes tall men, she can't help it). Could possibly have had a brief something-or-other at some point in the last few years?

I don't think Emma or Bryn would know him.

Hype isn't sure if that's a good thing or a bad thing? :P Lol yes definitely to the drinking buddies &c &c and he likes Ron, sees him as a bit of a younger brother type - someone to look out for.

Oooh maybe the brief something or other could be interesting? Like Hype tried to do the casual thing and he got all "Stay With Me" by Sam Smith and was like DAMMIT.

We can always random meet those two if we want.

Chris might sort of be into his sister...

He (and Dora I suppose!) is probably related both Adrian & Romilda, by the way, both being Purebloods, if you'd like to play with anything in there. Otherwise, Cho & Mac are around! (And he'd probably know Mac now that I think about it - being that they're same house and Mac is just like a year or two below him?)

I'm good with him knowing Mac, and I'm good with him having known Mac if you get my drift. Maybe an experiment in keeping things casual that failed dramatically.

Chris, Chris, Chris. Hype may not speak to his sister, but he'd definitely still do the ~~very~~ slightly scary brother routine, because if you twist it through enough turns he still loves his sister.

But yes, we could do relatives of Adrian and Romilda too?

Mils can totally relate to liking adrenaline rushes, and thinks he's pretty easy on the eyes, but that whole black-and-white world-view/not being on Dora's-Nice-List-anymore thing is not helping matters for him on this end. He makes Dora upset, Mils'll go into angry-cat-mode and hiss/spit/claw until he's a toad and being donated to a science lab somewhere. ;) Would love to figure out family connections between the Montgomeries and the Bulstrodes when you and Jas and I are all on-line at the same time!

Ooooh that would be interesting, because Hype is well Hyper sensitive about his relationship with Dora and the whole situation and he gets pissed off very quickly when people try and start shit with him over it, so there could definitely be something explosive? Which would be even more interesting if (when) he and Dora eventually patch things up?

But yes, totes for Bulstrode relations!

Yesss maybe it could have been one of Viktor's close friends who used to screw Hype every which way? And maybe Viktor idk walked in on them a few times? There are some things you can't share without ending up liking each other, and walking in on someone having sex with your best friend is one of them? Idk.

Ernie: Maybe they met up sometime after Ernie started at the hospital if Hyperion had gone in (and I'm starting to realize Ernie's having a nasty habit of falling for blokes he's had under his care at some point - that's not ethically correct Ernie!), or maybe met at a pub or club and hit it off? Am very open if you need a particular history for a plotz :D
