For anyone who is interested, Marcus has an updated history here, with some extra info about Bryony and her impact on his life. (I'll be completely honest, it's rather tl;dr)

Also, I am sick, so my tags are going to be slow for a day or two, hopefully not any longer than that, and pretty please let me know if something doesn't make sense, since my brain feels like its full of marshmallow fluff.

Honestly too busy to take time to read right now. Just let me know if you think Blaise would have known about their history. I think with her being younger he wouldn't have heard it from her but with him and Marcus being semi-friendly maybe he heard it from Marcus.

I'm sure he would have known about the almost-engagement, and that it fell through. Marcus might have admitted to him and anyone else close to him that her father wouldn't allow them to get married, but wouldn't have disclosed Ephron's exact reasoning.
