Hello, Christie here with my number three and one away from a House Bingo. (Can't think of any Hufflepuff muses I have that aren't already taken.)

This is Marietta Edgecomb, bane of the Trio. Okay maybe she really isn't but that's how she feels and she can't stand any of them and stays out of their way at all costs. She didn't fight the Battle of Hogwarts and many people may hold that against her but what they don't know is that she hid a young muggleborn mother and son in the cellar of her cottage through the entirety of the war.

She has remained on friendly terms with Ravenclaws from her year (read as Cho, Melinda, and Roger). She does her best to be pleasant toward others but can come across as rather awkward. Some of the things she'll say trying to make connections with new people may seem to come out of the blue. Just about everyone would know she works at Flourish and Blotts as a clerk. No one other than Romilda and her clients know she works for Quickpulse on the side.

Potential plots:
Clients or connections to clients
Creating random unorganized games to try to fit in
Someone finding out her side job
A guy who's willing to deal with her awkward side

So, hit me up with your ideas and if you think you can fill any of mine.

	Hi there! So far I still only have Rolf, and since shw wasn't a death eater they'd be pretty cool. He's younger than her so I don't know if she'd remember him, but he's a sweetie. I have no ideahow hhe'd feel about her side job (he's not into that sort of thing) but he frequents Flourishand Blotts I'm sure. I'm up for random sometime :) (Reply to this) (Thread)

	She didn't really get out of her circle much before the incident and she definitely hasn't really done it now. She would recognize him as a customer from the book store but probably not much more. Random is always good. (Reply to this) (Parent)

	Zacharias remembers her from the DA, and that's probably about all he remembers her from since there's an age difference. Although I'm sure he's seen her in Flurish and Blots since then. (Reply to this) (Thread)

	Ginny thinks she's traitorous scum. Okay, not quite as harsh as that now that hey're older, but she still DEFINITELY holds a grudge against the girl. Sally personally thinks what Hermione did - hexing the paper and not telling them - was incredibly horribly, and she sides with Marietta. I'm open to them being friendly. Padma would have been nice! 	Ginny is a stupid Harry Potter worshiper. Marietta appreciates the support but likely hasn't branched out to add her in the circle. Definitely one of my plots. Again, she appreciates it but stays away because of DA. (Reply to this) (Parent)

So Eddie here is in her year and is friends with her friends as well. He is friendly and flirty with everyone. She could potentially be one of his exes that he was an asshole to.

Oliver wouldn't have known her SUPER well in school, but he's dating one of her best friends so he will likely get to know her more ;)

Megan wasn't in the DA so she would be less likely to dislike her or whatever and she's friendly with everyone, so there's that! Does Marietta go into Hot Crossed Buns?

Astoria wouldn't know her super well from school because of age/different houses, but does she shop at T&T? Or randoms are possible!

Then he would be in her circle. I just know I'd seen where Mel, Cho, and Roger wanted Marietta. She has never dated anyone and isn't looking. Not that she wouldn't it has just never been something she's worried about.

She'll be reluctant but I guess she might get to know him a bit.

Marietta likely buys undergarment there. Though I was so thinking that "chess with Slughorn" ought to be Megan's husband's code for "time to reach out to the prostitute" which is one reason she isn't begged for sex too often.

Being an employee in Diagon and a creature of habit she probably does.

Then he will be friendly and jokey since that's his default setting. Perhaps later he could find out about her side job? Not sure what he'd think be he wouldn't judge.

Excellent, so they would talk! And lol, that would be hilarious/awesome and let's definitely say that. If she found out it might give her an out to divorce him before she ends up cheating on him.

So we would be friendly.

Hey! It's fun to have so many characters :D

Vikesh Moon: Would have been in the same House & year as Marietta, played quidditch in school and wasn't book-smart, but he excelled at Divination and is spiritually intelligent. Also was probably known for yoga & meditation. Now he's a beater for Ballycastle! He's very plain-spoken (no mincing words with him), and wasn't in the DA so he doesn't really have an opinion on that whole mess.

Ernie: Doesn't hold a grudge about the DA thing, but he WON'T trust her again unless she proves worthy of it. Kind of a Once Bitten, Twice Shy thing.

Percy: Probably wouldn't have known of her much other than maybe a glowing commentary by Umbridge? ;)

Gemma: Would be totally accepting of her side work (you mean the escort part of Quickpulse, right?) because she used to use men for money herself, just not quite as an escort ;) But now she's happily living a life without men-folk other than as clients and business-partners - and if Marietta ever needs to update her look or obtain an illegal object, then Gemma's your girl!

Well, she hasn't told that she's in that business. After a client becomes a regular she doesn't just escort either. I can't see her really needing anything though illegal.

Yay new characters!

Dean: Probably not much of a fan because of the DA thing, but he has much bigger issues in his past than that one so unlikely to be super hostile. May have served her at the pub.

Charlie: Zero opinion really. She'd have been too young to have come on his radar when he was at Hogwarts. They would have crossed over by one year since they didn't share a house the only way she might know back then him is if she remembers him playing quidditch. More recently she may know him if she's a patron of the club.

WOO! MARIETTA!!

So, Melinda obviously know her, and she would know about Marietta's actions during the war(?) What I do know, is that Melinda would know that what Marietta did was to keep her mother safe, and she will defend her, though not necessarily tell them what she did (all depending on whether Marietta wants her good deeds and reasons made public or not). Anyway, Melinda likes Marietta :)

Alicia... not so much, but she doesn't know about Marietta's mother or what happened during the war.

Rose... doesn't know who Marietta is. At this point, at least.
