Hullo. I'm Jewels and I'm new. This is Luna Lovegood.

Luna has been busy since Hogwarts. She worked with the Quibbler for a while, helping her dad with things. Then she finally went out exploring for animals. She visited a dragon sanctuary for six months in Romania (maybe the one Charlie's at - but I'll leave it vague for now) and lots of other times in different parts of the world, doing various things with animals until her dad got sick and she came home to take care of him.

Since it looks like she's home to stay, she started taking classes in order to be a vet. Animal medicine and the like. She got a license and graduated and opened up her own vet office in with all the other new shops and things. So if you have a pet that needs taking care of, or just a checkup - Loves Animal Hospital is the place to go.

She's still the same old Luna though. Not much has changed in that department. Perhaps she's matured a bit of course, but she's still her. She's quite single and has always been that way. She's never had a date or a boyfriend or even been kissed. She's starting to think something is wrong with her but doesn't tell anyone about how she feels. Everyone thinks she's weird anyway.

She's up for any and all plots.

HIIIIIII! *coughs* Er, hi Jewels, I'm Caroline, I just have Dean for the moment. He is very excited to see Luna.

Dean has PTSD, but it's pretty well managed most of the time. He's an artist and works at the pub too (mostly daytime or quieter evening shifts).

I'd like to think they knew each other a little from DA, but didn't make friends until Shell Cottage, which sort of forced them together a bit. I imagine he still thinks she's odd, but he likes her all the same. I'd love to plot backstory or upcoming plots, anything you'd like.

You may want to hold onto the Charlie thought, I have him on hold, app to be written asap.

Hiiii!

Luna is very excited to see Dean. I think she's got a bit of it too but maybe not as bad. Or she's good at covering it up. She paints and stuff too, so they have that in common. Maybe they can paint together or whatever. You know go somewhere pretty and paint or something. I'm totally up for them being close friends.

That would be awesome. I just thought maybe she spent her six months with him in Romania. He could have shown her dragon things. They could bond or something lol.

	I'd love for them to paint together sometimes. He has an actual studio that he spends most of his money on renting, and it's officially his main job. :) Would she maybe have sat for him at some point (he likes to do portraits and people in general)? (Reply to this) (Parent) (Thread)

Hi Jewels, I'm Jinx, and this is Marcus Flint. He was a Death Eater during the war, though not really by choice, and spent four years in Azkaban after the fact. He now plays Chaser for the Appleby Arrows, and although he might have vague memories of Luna from school, if he runs into her nowadays he's most likely just going to be polite, no matter how strange he may think she comes across. Welcome to the game!

	She's lovely! Welcome to you both :) I'm Tina, and I have Adrian, Romi, Cormac, and Cho. I don't know that any of them would be particularly friendly with Luna, but Adrian is coming out of his shell more and more and Romi will talk with anyone and Mac will flirt with anyone, so I'm open to lots! Hi Jewels!

I'm Kat, and I have 2 girls here:

Alicia (this journal) - Gryffindor and 3 years older than Luna. Alicia would definitely remember Luna from DA and from her exceptional commenting on one (or more?) of the matches back at Hogwarts. These days, Alicia is a Healer for Pride of Portree and co-founder of The Daniel Fawley Foundations. Daniel Fawley, who was killed towards the end of the war, was her husband and he is the father of her twins, Isla and Liam, who are 5.

Melinda Bobbin (

_melinda_) - Ravenclaw and 2 years older than Luna. Melinda would remember from school. She is close friends with Cho, Marietta and Roger, though she wasn't part of the DA. She owns and runs Sweet Nothings, the pâtisserie in Monument Alley and is as sweet as her own cakes and desserts.

Hey Jewels! Welcome to you and Luna!

Ernie: Adores Luna and is sorry he used to call her Loony. He'd love to chat with her about veterinary medicine and to see if any of the magic used on animals is similar to what he uses on people. Would also see her around Battlescars.

Percy: Would be constantly side-eyeing Luna and would no doubt be completely confounded by her... but would also have respect for her as well. Would know her through his siblings.

Gemma: Would eat her for breakfast so beware, Gemma would see in her a mark to be taken advantage of especially if she ever needed to get rid of any partcular illegal merchandise.

Hiya!

Luna adores anyone who adores her. They can definitely chat about medicine. And hang out after Battlescars.

She's used to Percy's side eyeing probably. And she thinks he needs to lighten up, but won't say that ;) But she'll be nice.

And she'd be nice to Gemma even if Gemma isn't nice to her. She can think that she can take advantage of her, but Luna is pretty perceptive. That sounds like a fun plot though.

Hello and welcome! I'm Kaylie and I have three (at the moment).

Seamus Finnigan: Luna is friends with his best friend ever, so he likes her and tries to get on with her even if she is a little weird. They probably work together sometimes to make sure Dean is okay, Seamus knows he can call on her if he's too busy to check on him, etc. If that's all okay with you, of course.

Dominic Chambers: Would have been in Luna's year and house, at least for the first five years. (He had to skip 6th year because of Voldemort so when he came back he'd have been in a year below her, I guess.) He is pretty easy-going so I can't imagine he'd have bullied Luna like some people did but he might not have come to her rescue either. He probably feels bad about that now because he's good friends with Seamus.

Lucy Spinks: Was a Hufflepuff, trio year, very bad at magic. She's been out of the wizarding world since Dumbledore's death and is only just coming back into it. She might have vague memories of 'loony lovegood' but I doubt they ever spoke. She was too busy working to be social. Now, she wouldn't know which of Luna's ramblings were real magical things she just never heard of and which were things no one else believed in either.

	Hiya! I think she likes Seamus pretty well. And she's all for working with him to make sure Dean is okay. And she'll check on him too. That's totally good with me :) She'd be friendly with Dominic. She would be the sort who called her Loony, and is only slightly apologetic about it now. Ginny, on the other hand, is very close friends with Luna and will drag her to Finnigan's ALL THE TIME. Ginny looks forward to dishing with Luna about her bf (not that she wouldn't dish with Hermione, but Hermione lives with Harry, and that's just weird, plus the R/H thing and ... yea. 	Yeah Luna is the same way. Well not that she talks about a boyfriend. But she gets how weird it is. Luna will nod her head and give advice but warn that she has no experience so she's mostly up for listening. Harry - LOVES LOVES LOVES Luna. She's one of his favorite people and he's so glad she's back now.

Lisa Turpin - Was a year ahead of Luna, and would be friendly enough though possibly not so friendly back at Hogwarts--she was kind of in her own world of boys and secretly dating Blaise Zabini and stuff.

Pansy Parkinson - Oh man, I'd love to see these two together. Pansy would be so nasty so sorry in advance.

Hi Jewels! We've played together in things, I'm Sarah :D I have 3 for the moment, with my 4th/last app turned in :)

This journal is Astoria Greengrass, soon to be Malfoy. She's a designer for Twilfit & Tattings and very proper and polite. She is a year younger than Luna and didn't really pay much attention to her in school, but also never made fun of her. She's marrying Draco though, so she might be leery, even though Astoria is as anti-purist as a pureblood from that kind of family can get. If she comes into the shop, she'll be nice, but somehow I don't think T&T is her type of place (it's really upscale).

Next I have Megan Jones

hotcrossed, Hufflepuff from Harry/Trio year. She wasn't in the DA, but she is best friends with people who WERE, and she would admire Luna greatly. She's married to a man 30 years her senior in a not very happy marriage, so she spends all her time in the shop and Finnigans. She owns Hot Crossed Buns, a lingerie and perfume store. She's be friendly and polite and talk her ear off. SHE LOVES KITTIES AND PUPPIES!

Finally I have Oliver Wood, who you might remember from games,

oliverwoodwould. He's a puppy dog full of love, and kind of an idiot, but he loves and is friendly! He's Puddlemere's keeper, still obsessed with quidditch, and likes to joke about and have a nice time. He will remember her from the battle and any friend of the Weasleys/Harry is a friend of his. He will be super friendly!!

I'm bringing Susan Bones and Roger Davies.

Susan would probably be friendly with Luna - they were in the DA and Susan was in the final battle, so there'd be at least some history there? Also she's good friends with Dean so another connection.

Roger was Luna's housemate so he would have seen Luna around a lot, not sure if they'd be buddy buddies but he'd definitely be nice to her.

Hi Jewels, I'm Lis and I think we might have played together in the past, but I'm not sure/can't remember off the top of my head. Your name looks familiar, however. I have two people here and am always up for plotting.

Hannah Abbott (this journal) - She is a midwife-healer at a clinic in Monument Alley. I'm not quite sure what she'd make of Luna, but they were in the DA together and she'll be very friendly (even more friendly than normal) as a result.

Logan Wood(

errordynamic) - He's Oliver's younger brother, and an independent broommaker not affliated with one of the large companies and works at/for/oversees the Monument Alley branch of Bludgers and Broomsticks, headquartered in Hogsmeade. Probably more important he was in her house/year all through Hogwarts. Though he wasn't part of the DA he did stay and fight, but sustained injuries that kept him from playing quidditch/a pro career. He would be friendly/amused by by Luna and probably enjoys talking to her.

Also, as a side note, he was recently adopted by a stray kitten. He doesn't know what to do. Help?
