Find Icons

Does anyone know of any icons of Carina Lirola? She's totally gorgeous, and I use her as a PB but I've only got a few self-made icons and I'm NOT good at it. :(

Also, are there any recent icons of Beau Garrett from the new Criminal Minds show? She's got a Monet Mazur look about her, but less emaciated.
