I can't seem to find icons of Justin Chon. Ideas?

It's been a while since it was asked, but -- Connor Paolo, please?

Help me please. :D

I actually already found this icon set, but it was a few years ago. I thought it was on Hollow Art, but I searched to no avail. Here's what I remember:

- Blonde girl
- Lolita / maybe goth lolita fashion
- The icon maker wasn't entirely sure of her name, she was a model from a lolita-style clothing website. But she maybe had the girl's first name listed.

Does anyone know what I'm talking about? I'm going crazy here.
