Find Icons

Does anyone know where I can find icons or bases of Jaleel White as a teenager, but not as Steve Urkel? And if anyone does know... is anyone here good enough at Photoshop to make his hair blue for me? This request probably makes it totes obvious what I'm trying to do, but...
