Hi, I'm Kay and I'm here on behalf of ![[info]](https://www.insanejournal.com/img/community.gif) unhappilyever via ![[info]](https://www.insanejournal.com/img/userinfo.gif) dysfunctionals.
Unhappily Ever via dysfunctionals - in UE, each character has a dysfunction that affects their lives and interactions with others. Set in 2009, the game showcases the 'usual' characters when they're in their late twenties/early thirties. Weekly plot posts help move things along and provide some awesome ideas to play off. It's part RPG, part telenovela (soap opera), with a good dose of plot and reality to round it out! We're canon until the end of Book 7 (not specifically epilogue-compliant).

There are a number of characters we'd love to see!
C. Warrington: Your best friends Adrian Pucey (you're godfather to his oldest daughter!), Marcus Flint (the Bigot), Sebastian Montague, and Malcolm Urquhart (the Second Best) are waiting for their fifth! Come quickly, as it looks like Adrian (the Single Father) is settling down and Sebastian (the Misogynist) is shagging his boss!
Weasleys: So far, only one Weasley is cast! This is awful, especially as George (the Alcoholic) has just been saddled with an eleven year old daughter. He needs his family!
Lavender Brown: Your best friend, Parvati Patil (the Shopaholic), has disappeared off the face of the earth! You know you want to come and join the search for her. Did the resident serial killer (who's killed Celestina Warbeck and Lorcan d'Eath so far) get her or is it something else entirely? You've also begun a relationship with Seamus Finnigan (the Widower) and he would love to have you in game again!
Draco Malfoy: Your wife, Astoria (The Cheating Spouse), could definitely use her husband around. Also, your father may have had an affair, say, about twenty-six years ago (give or take a few months), so there is a long-lost half-blood half-sister (Emma Dobbs - the Girl Whose Mum Steals Her Boyfriends) for you to meet, as well!
Oliver Wood: We just lost our Oliver, and Padma Patil (the Amnesiac) would love to find a replacement! Before her bout with amnesia, Padma and Oliver broke up, but they may still have feelings for each other!
Younger Characters: Join Romilda Vane (the Drama Queen), Emma Dobbs, Astoria Greengrass Malfoy, and Graham Pritchard (the Phobic) to fill in the roles of the younger characters!

Hi all! This is Percy Weasley, as played in the brand-new (not even started yet!) game thiefs_downfall , a post-Warts game set in 2003. You can read more about the game at head_thieves .
Percy is still a workaholic and is the undersecretary to Kingsley Shacklebolt, Minister of Magic. He's reconciled with his family (somewhat) though still has an uneasy relationship with his father. He is a closet creative writer, and something of a secret romantic.
In particular I'd love to see an OLIVER WOOD in play, along with Penny Clearwater and Marcus Flint. I have some backstory in mind (Oliver & Percy are friends of a kind and Percy used to tutor him in Charms. Percy has a crush on him, though it's well hidden and he doesn't even know it himself. Penny broke it off with Percy after Hogwarts; and I'd love it if Marcus Flint was an antagonist of kinds) but I'm not set in stone on anything.
I'd also REALLY love to see the Weasley's in play (George and Arthur in particular). So, take a look. The game isn't set to open for a couple of weeks, though the backstory comm is available for threads taking place prior to game start. There are PLENTY of other available characters, so take a look at the mod journal for inspiration!

Hello. I play Walden MacNair at waddiwasi, a Marauders Era game set in 1979. The game is really active, has a great plot, and has a bunch of awesome (and welcoming) members! Unfortunately, we are missing several characters that I would love to see played:
Bellatrix Lestrange: How can Voldemort continue his rise to power without his most faithful Bellatrix? There is a lot of plot available for her to jump right into and her fellow Death Eaters could definitely use someone with such a strong presence.
Other Death Eaters wanted: Antonin Dolohov, Rosier Sr. (we already have your son, dear Sir.), Amycus Carrow (your sister needs you), Travers, Yaxley, and others!
Narcissa Malfoy: How is your husband, Lucius, supposed to function without his darling, doting wife around? Also, the other women in the wizarding world are lacking a role model to show them how things really ought to be done.
Rita Skeeter: Without your Daily Prophet articles and daily doses of sweet gossip, we are truly lost. We need you, Ms. Skeeter, and badly.
Other Characters needed: Those who work in the Ministry or are otherwise neutral! We have a good number of Order members and Death Eaters, but we need the every day, common man and woman to round things out! A Barty Crouch Sr. would be great since your son is currently in game; Arthur Weasley; Bertha Jorkins; Arnold Peasegood; and others!
Note: Waddiwasi also considers OC's provided they are not Mary Sue's and Gary Stu's.
