Hi there! I'm Carrah, and I'm here on behalf of Wizarding Singles, found over at ![[info]](https://www.insanejournal.com/img/userinfo.gif) singlesmod. WS is a light-hearted, HBP-compliant 7th year game that would love to have some more players!
I play Cadi Montgomery (cadim), a 6th year Ravenclaw and one half of the Montgomery twins. I would love it if somebody picked up her ex-boyfriend; they dated for over a year but broke up in the spring of Cadi's 5th year after the death of her five year old brother and Cadi couldn't balance dating and dealing with what had happened to her family. I don't have any preferences for which character or house he's in- I'd just like to explore the aftermath of the relationship. I have a feeling it wasn't completely over for Cadi when they broke it off, and I think it could be interesting to see what has happened in the year since.
Hufflepuffs and Ravenclaws would be great, as would any of the 6th year students. I do know that we'd love to have some DA members and other 7th years as well!

I'm looking for a game where people actually thread. I want a game where there aren't 400 word tags every single comment (though I really don't want one-liners all the time either). The last game I was in I ended up leaving because nobody ever threaded in the community and when I got someone to thread with me, my 150 word reply that responded directly to her dialogue and said what my character was doing gave the girl the compulsion to bitch me out because I didn't give her "enough to work off of."
I don't want to adlib a whole game via journals. If you guys thread I will be wicked active. Harry Potter games preferred, Original considered. Please no AU time travel. Future, Mauraders, Post. I'll take anything at this point to have some activity.
Anyone know something like that?

Hello! I'm Robyn, 22, one of the co-mods of a MWPP era HP game that's canon up until game start a few weeks ago and has started to go a little dark.
I play Narcissa Black (as well as James Potter and Rita Skeeter, but she's who I'm here about), and I really, really, really want a Lucius for her!
There's all sorts of fun plot. They're not yet married but are courting. I have history for them over at narcissistica but I'm more than willing to tweak for specific plot purposes. She does need to get pregnant with Draco (or realize she already is, either or) within the next month or two tops.
Just to further tempt you, we have a fabulous Rodolphus and Bellatrix Lestrange, and Rodolphus is about to become Minister for Magic (we've killed Bagnold), and Lucius is slated to be the undersecretary to the Minister. There's also a Sirius, a Regulus, and an Andromeda, so the whole family is ther! There are all sorts of dark, fun things going on. We have a good deal of Order characters as well as Death Eaters.

Hey there, I’m Jennifer and I’m here on behalf of a few games. The first, Quadrivium is an interim game taking place during 1990 at Hogwarts dealing in character development and setting the foundation for the plot of the books which will be opening April 20.
Characters I would love to see:
-Charlie Weasley: Both of my girls, Athena McGonagall (original) and Tonks would love to have their best buddy around. Athena also has a thing for him (they’ve all been best friends since childhood) and I’d love to have him around for general character angst.
-Andromeda Tonks and Ted Tonks: Tonks is a bit of a trouble maker in school and having parents to put her in her place would be fun for me.
The second game, Post Bellum is a game that takes place after the epilogue (originally a year after, but in May we'll have been running for a whole year, so it will be two years after the epilogue). Don’t let the fact that we’ve been running for so long scare you, the players are more than happy to catch people up and get them settled in.
I'd love to see:
-Ernie McMillan: Hannah's doing a lot of personal growth that would be a lot easier with her best friend around.
-I'd also like to see Minerva McGonagall, who is the mother of one of my characters, and Vaisey (former Slytherin). Currently, I've given a name to Mandy's roomate, Josh Vaisey (who could be the same one from the books, or not). They're starting up a band with Melinda Bobbin, Tracey Davis, and Susan Bones. I've npc'ed him a few times, nothing too major, but I'd like to see someone pick him up.
The last, Recuperatio, which will be opening on May 15, is a post-war trio Era game taking place in 2005. This game revolves around a darker plot and an new emerging war coming at the Ministry from different sides. (for more information on the game premise, see the link)
Characters that I would like to see around:
-Charlie Weasley: One of my characters has been dating him for a few years and she's recently returned to England to take over the job of assistant head of the Department of Magical Law Enforcement, while he's stayed behind to finish up his work with dragons (the country is really up to the player). For more information about this, drop me a line and I will link you to her character sheet.
-Neville Longbottom: Not only would Hermione love to see her old friend around, but I'd like to try out a line between Hannah and Neville. It doesn't have to lead to a romantic one, I really like them as close friends as well.
-Minerva McGonagall: My girl would love to see her mum around.
-Ernie McMillan: Hannah's best friend, who I've rarely seen around. I'd love to have one around for her to play against in strictly a friendship role (I do believe men and women can just be friends).
-Ron Weasley: Hermione would love to see her fiancée and Harry would love to see his best mate. As for the relationship with Hermione, obviously, if there ends up being no chemistry, the wedding won’t happen, but I do enjoy the idea of these two together.
-Molly Weasley and other Weasley Children (Minus Ginny: Arthur wants his wife and children.)
-George Weasley, Alicia Spinnet, Oliver Wood, Adrian Pucey, and Angelina Johnson: Katie would like to see all of them around. For Adrian, I always saw these two as having an old Quidditch Rivalry that’s turned into a playful one in their adult life.
-Former Death Eaters to stir up trouble.

Hi there, I’m Jennifer and I’m looking for players over at Darkness Rising, which is an active MWPP Era Game that opened in February. We're a plot-driven game and very active and looking for more active players who are willing to work with a darker theme (but still have fun at the same time). The game begins in the Spring of 1978, when the Marauders and company will soon be out of school and Voldemort's rise to power increases every day.
People I’m personally looking for:
-Lily Evans: Unfortunately, our player had to leave for personal reasons, so she is up for recasting and has very little in-game history, so it would be very easy to catch up on her. She and Alice are not only roommates, but close friends and Alice is going to need all the friends she has very soon (she and Frank are eloping next week and eventually, people are going to find them out).
-The Prewett twins: Alice wants to see her cousins in game and we have an active Molly who would like to see her siblings.
-James Potter and Peter Pettigrew: Remus' parents recently were murdered and he needs all of his mates around.
-Alastor Moody: I’ve always seen him and the Longbottoms having a teacher/student bond with the Auror Corps and I’d love to see him around before they finish up school.
-Augusta Longbottom: Frank and Alice are eloping soon and both myself and his player want to see her around simply for the drama she will cause.

Hi! I'm TS, and I play Severus Snape over at wtf_rpg. I guess you could call it a "post-death" AU Harry Potter game. It's set in the afterlife... though the afterlife does involve people having to keep day jobs.
Anyway, I'd really enjoy having a good Sirius Black around to play off of (though my character would be decidedly less enthused). Both Regulus and Remus Lupin are in play, and quite active! I know they'd love to have Sirius about, as well.

(At the moment, the game is also a bit male-heavy. The two male Hogwarts founders - Godric Gryffindor and Salazar Slytherin - are about, but not the two ladies? It's a shame.)
I'm not the mod, but I'm having a lot of fun in this game so far. It's very different, and entirely thread-based. If you're at all curious about it but would like more information or would like to talk character stuff, just let me know.

Hello everyone! I'm here on behalf of fairypotter a new next-gen Harry Potter game where the fairy tale characters are slowly taking over! We haven't started yet, but we are starting soon!
First we need more boys! There are currently 3 boys in a game with 7 girls. James, Liam and Albus would certainly like some male company.
We would certainly like to see more Hufflepuffs and Ravenclaws!
Specifically, we're still looking to fill the spots of Scorpius Malfoy, Fred and Rose Weasley, Frank Longbottom and many more!
Aside from that we have tons of interesting characters!
Katsuro and Nyx Aomori are Japanese. Rosalind is the daughter of Kirley (Duke) McCormack, who played lead guitar for a band called The Weird Sisters. Margaret is the daughter of Kingsley Shackleblot. David is the son of Stan Shunpike. Andrew is the son of Jack Sloper. Bertram and Edmund are the faternal twin sons of Orsino Thruston. Monica Vega's family is from Spain. And Julius is the oldest child of Blaise and Pansy (nee Parkinson) Zabini.
