NEEDED: A fiancee for Edgar Bones who is not played by Billie Piper. [13 Oct 2008|10:03pm] [ mood | cheerful ] Hello world! I play Edgar Bones at foltlins, a serious AU MWPP game based around the premise of the Death Eaters successfully assassinating Millicent Bagnold and putting promising young Hit Witch Director Bellatrix Lestrange in her place! (No, seriously. Emergency Wizengamot decision and everything.) Edgar is played by David Tennant, and works in the Department of Mysteries. It would also be mostly truthful to say he lives in the Department of Mysteries. His work is his life, and the bulk of his life is inventing. Edgar has, in his time, invented more terrible and wonderful things than you could possibly imagine. Some of them were, after much debate, destroyed. Some were locked away forever. Some were sold to large businesses and can now be seen in your friendly neighbourhood stores! In what little spare time he keeps for himself, Edgar ended up meeting, dating, and proposing to a nice girl named Rose Anderson. Edgar and Rose are getting married in January. At some point within a couple months of that, Rose will be killed, because there's nothing like killing the little lady to mess with an Order member. If you would like to make a bright young lady who stole the heart of an absent-minded professor prone to babbling and coming up with military strategies on his lunch break, head over to foltlins and apply! (Plus, after Rose gets killed, you can play OTHER PEOPLE to distract you from your grief. It'll be super fun.) Please note that her PB is not, and will never be, Billie Piper. [13 Oct 2008|10:22pm] Hello! I'm Hermeh and I'm looking for a place to play Hermione Granger. I've been role playing for nearly eight years, now, if not more, and I'll be nineteen next month. Things to know about Hermione: • I do play her canonly. Meaning I love Ron and Hermione together, and I do like the idea of Rose. • If it's a post-warts game, she'll be employed at the Ministry of Magic, though it'll depend on what year it is in the game to determine which department she would be in at that particular time. • She still has Crookshanks and will happily let him shred some of Ron's socks if he's being a ponce. Things I want in a game: • No cliques. • I want a game with lots of activity. I like playing Hermione and would actually like to play her more than once a month to meet the activity requirement. • With that said, an active Ron, Harry, and Ginny, or at least holds on them? It's so hard to find a game with a Ron in it already, but then again? It's hard to find a Ron at all, lately. • I know it sounds crazy, but I like to do long and detailed replies, and they suit me quite well. • Mods that don't think that they're better than the rest of the participants in the game and feel as if they're higher than their players. It's a huge pet peeve of mine. Where I'll play: • Not PSL. • InsaneJournal is preferred. • Scribbld and LiveJournal will also work, though I'm not as familiar with how they work, so it might take me some time to make the journals pretty. With that said, I think I'd prefer Scribbld over LJ. I haven't used LJ in so long. ( Samples. ) Thanks! :D EDIT: I'd really love to join a game where I could use Emma Watson as my played-by for Hermione, so a school-aged one would be great.
