Hello dears, I am in need of some assistance.
I need a male, and he needs to be a bit uptight-looking. The standard old-money WASP kid who wears ties even when they're not required - hair and eye color don't matter, but I'd prefer for him not to be male-model pretty. A condescending smirk would be A+ as well, but he's not a total jerk, so it's not as necessary. Oh, and he needs to be able to pass for a high school senior, so it would be great if the PB was no older than say 23 or so.

Edit: Tom Welling would be perfect if he weren't in his 30's, so if anyone knows of any younger versions of him you'd make my life.
