Hokay, so I'm in the process of (possibly) doing a PB change because the PB I'm currently using just doesn't work in my head anymore and it's bothering me and people here are awesome at helping out with this sort of thing. So!
The necessities:
- Male
- Blonde (or blondish) hair that's almost always a little bit messy.
- Blue eyes.
- 23-25
- Slight athletic build, but nothing too muscular or built.
- Broadway actor (and surprisingly good dancer, though he prefers singing and acting), so someone who's pretty expressive and animated in the way they speak and do things.
- Very wholesome/friendly looking. Definitely the sort any girl's mother would approve of. Very sweet, very nice, and not the sort of person who would really be comfortable with the levels of attention that he gets. He is confident, but it's all a little weird to him.
- He's 'attractive' but not the ohmygod star quarterback, captain of the football team, every girl wants to date him, blah blah blah. He's more 'handsome' and probably much more on the cute side.
- Preferably someone who's not a Disney/CW/Teen star, because as much as I love them, they just wouldn't fit.
His current PB is Hunter Parrish.
Thanks in advance! I realize how specific some of this is, but I do have a pretty good idea of him in my head... just no face to match.

I need someone who looks like he could be the slightly older cousin of Taylor Momsen. He's just going to be an NPC, so I won't need many icons.
