The year is 1973.

It’s been three years since the Dark Lord revealed himself openly to the wizarding world, thrusting the magical communities into chaos. With his army of dark witches and wizards, Voldemort has launched a series of attacks on the Ministry of Magic, hoping to topple the administration and replace it with one of his own making. And while he has yet to succeed, many Death Eaters have infiltrated the highest levels of government in preparation for a new world order run by purebloods.

But for every act of terror there is a resistance. In response to Voldemort’s attacks, Albus Dumbledore created the Order of the Phoenix. While small in number, they’re quickly growing their connections and allegiances, working in secret to crush the dark rebellion. But the Ministry has labeled them renegades, refusing to acknowledge them as allies. And the Aurors fighting the legal route to stop the dark forces often find themselves in conflict with those underground rebels.

And still the Dark Lord’s forces and influence grow stronger.

The Ministry. The Order. The Death Eaters. They weren’t all famous. And they didn’t all make it into the history books. But they existed. And they fought to the very end. The only question now is …
