It began with a bird..... and a wizard..... Where it will end, nobody knows......
The year is 1995 - the place, the wizarding world. Harry Potter is going to begin his fifth year in another month or so, and the summer has been unbearably full of non-information. No news from his friends. No news from the Order. At this point, he would have welcomed a visit from Dobby, even if it did get him into trouble. But there was nothing.
All of that is about to change.
Come with us now to that magical time, when wizards were rampant, and hopes and desires were pinned on a man with a serpentine face, while the civilized world held its breath for the chase.... Come to a brand new world which we are creating - we call it "Quoth the Raven" - and you are invited to join with us there, for writing, for plotting, to play and to care. No OOC drama, just fun in the sun! Just begun on December 1st and going strong!
Quoth the Raven is an AU 5th year game - canon for the first four years, the fifth year has its basic shape in OOTP, but after that, we are on our own, with some significant changes in store. We love to listen to ideas, the sky's the limit!
Many choice roles still open - we would dearly love to see: Severus Snape, Ron Weasley, Bella and Rodolphus Lestrange, Molly and Arthur Weasley, Alastor Moody, and more Hufflepuffs, male and female!
