Ted would have to remember that pancakes really were the best choice when it came to breakfast. Though, he might choose waffles sometime. He liked breakfast. Maybe they could do breakfast for dinner...but...something else, perhaps. He didn't know. He just liked that when he was planning meals, he was planning for more than himself. That and having someone to talk to was nice.
"Obligated? No. No, it's not like that." As if to emphasize the point, he shook his head. He did not think of it as an obligation. "I wouldn't ever get tired of you. Not even a little. I am very happy. I promise."
Ted didn't want Andromeda to think she had to do anything like find other living arrangements. He intended to keep her around if he could. He didn't want her to go away. Not even for a little. However, he was quite aware that was very selfish of him, so he drew in a breath before letting it out. "Of course. Must finish your studies. I'm sure you'll be brilliant at whatever it is you choose to do. And of course you can stay forever after that." Already his mind was going over how to save money. Perhaps he would start giving his mother money to put away for him. The thing that held true, was he was going to save money so he could make sure that Andromeda would stay.
