Character Name: Phoenix Wright
If this character is dead, he/she died via: N/A
Pretend I got bashed over the head with a fire extinguisher and have amnesia. This character would best be described as: Phoenix Wright is an ACE ATTORNEY. Ooooh. Actually, he starts out as a rookie lawyer, but thanks to his utter belief in justice and his clients (and his tendency to dig into every possible bit of evidence/testimony for something to grasp), Wright always manages to win his cases.
Phoenix himself is pretty laid back, but can get really emotional when it comes to scenarios or people he's really invested in. One moment he may be bravely kicking down a door to rescue a girl, and another he's scrubbing the toilet and too lazy to see what bigshot is on the news. He doesn't always say what's on his mind, and it's a pretty good thing too, since he'd likely get slapped for it. He is topped by anything and everyone.
Sample post: [Is it really appropriate for the judge to be messing with his laptop like that? For that matter, who approved of laptops in the courtroom during trials anyway?]
If it pleases the court, your honor, I'd like to present solid evidence that my defendant, InsaneJournal Inc., is not guilty of any identity theft whatsoever! Exhibit A: my client's name is nothing more than an adjective! Be it Live, Dead, or the Greatest, no one person can claim ownership of English Grammar. Exhibit B: while 100 icons may not be the best offer, it sets it apart from several other so called 'blog' communities. And finally, Exhibit C: There appears to be. . .an insane lemon figure next to my username. Whatever fruit it may be, it is clear that it in no way resembles domesticated livestock.
All the evidence adds up and contradicts LiveJournal's claim! What do you say to that, Mr. Pros--
...OBJECTION!! Your Honor, the Prosecution isn't taking this seriously at all! How?! I mean, he's playing Solitaire.
