As promised, on Tuesday night Dani had the team (the whole team, support staff too) round to hers for a super casual, relaxed, probably badfoods filled dinner/hangout/etc. To celebrate te miraculous recovery of her beloved Mr. Smacky. Of course.

Cassie came over to help her set up, and everyone brought a dish/drink/something to share. Yes, there was totally Moyet cognac around. She had the wii going for EPIC MARIOKART BATTLES after dinner, plus like movies/boardgames/whatevs, and everyone was welcome to sleep over in the picker's quarters (the next building over from the main house, filled with bunk beds where people stay when it's time to harvest the grapes). Her Maman, Papa and big brothers Augustijn and Roland would have all dropped in to say hi/mock her as loving families do at some point in te evening, especially since they'd know most of the kids from coming to Dani's games during normal years when the kids are at Beauxbâtons.

In the morning her maman cooked up a big breakfast and if Anais and Didi wanted, they could lead a training run through the vineyards.

There was a VERY STRICT NO SPEAKING ANGLAIS RULE. And no touching Mr. Smacky, Seb and Aidan.
