GAME STATS HOGWARTS Chasers Garrett Flint, Elliot Goldstein, and Eddie Longbottom had a total of 30 goals: 10 for Garrett, 9 for Elliot, and 11 for Eddie. Elliot received a near-miss and was left dazed by Dani Moyet’s Bludgers. Eddie had her play interrupted by Dani’s Bludger. BEAUXBATONS Chasers Didi Blanchard, Rene Broussard, and Elodie Labelle had a total of 14 goals: 7 for Didi, 3 for Rene, and 4 for Elodie. Didi received a near-miss from Charles MacFusty’s Bludger. Elodie was left dazed by Danny Wood’s Bludger, and had the wind knocked out of her by Charles’s Bludger. The numerical scale for Bludger injuries: 1--near miss 2--negligible injury 3--superficial injury (bruise/scrape/cut) 4--moderate hit; interrupts play 5--left dazed 6--wind knocked out of player 7--temporary medical attention 8--Hospital Wing PLEASE NOTE: After the outcome of this game, all teams were congratulated by the Head of the International Association of Quidditch, Akihiro Moto, on a fine introductory season to the Junior International Quidditch Tournament. He then announced that the third place game, to take place next Saturday, June 2, will be held between Salem Memorial Preparatory School and Beauxbatons Academy of Magic, and the championship game, to take place the following Saturday, June 9, will be held between Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry and Durmstrang Institute.
