All "Free Accounts/Users", "Early Adopters", "Paid" and "Permanent" references should be changed to "Free Patient", "Early Inmates", "Self-committed" and "Permanently Insane". If you see a FAQ that has not been changed yet (which there are), please go ahead and make the change yourself.
